What payment methods are supported on your store?
We accept cash on delivery when your courier brings the parcel, as well as upfront payment by direct UK bank transfer. We do not take card payments on our site.
When does my order enter dispatch preparation?
Orders placed before our 14:30 cut-off on working days are prepped, bench-checked, and boxed that same afternoon at our Sheffield dispatch hub.
What is the policy for returns?
You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to return items. Products must be unused, unmounted, and kept in their original packaging. Reach out to our customer desk in Sheffield to begin the process.
Will the aluminium and silicone components corrode in humid kitchens?
No. The frames use anodized 6063 aluminium which forms a sealed oxide layer against steam. Paired with food-grade silicone and BPA-free ABS polymer, the materials resist corrosion and surface peeling under normal kitchen conditions.
