Items are eligible for refund within exactly 30 days from the documented delivery date. Products must remain unused, completely unassembled, free of surface marks, and in original packaging with all accessory components and inserts included.
Start a return
- Submit return request: Email [email protected] with your original order reference and reason for cancellation.
- Obtain authorization: Receive a return merchandise authorization number and the designated United Kingdom return depot address.
- Dispatch parcel: Pack items securely within original outer boxes and ship the parcel using a tracked delivery method.
- Receive refund: Once returned goods clear warehouse physical inspection, reimbursement is issued via Direct Bank Transfer within 3 to 10 business days.
Who pays return shipping
If an item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, we pay the transit costs via prepaid voucher or collection. If you simply decided against keeping it, you cover return postage; no restocking fees apply.
Refund timing and method
Funds release within 3 business days once inspection passes. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via direct wire to your supplied bank account; bank transfer purchases return to source account. Banks typically show the credit in 1-5 working days.

Exchanges
To swap sizes, models, or organizers, process the standard return and book a fresh order online; we credit the original item upon receipt. If the swap stems from our packing error, we cover shipping on the replacement.
